About The Event

All registered athletes will receive the following: an individualized injury-susceptibility assessment, a take-home injury prevention program that is athlete-specific, two 4sight Academy t-shirts, and miscellaneous giveaways from our sponsors.

In addition to the Leadership Team of 4sight Academy, Session I will be led by multiple former and current female athletes who will serve as assistant coaches. We project our coach to player ratio to be 1:5.

Session I will host three notable guest speakers, one of whom is Terri Bamford (La Jolla Country Day School, Girl's Head Basketball Coach). They will discuss the importance of injury prevention and skill development training, qualities of a successful collegiate athlete, and how to fulfill a team’s role according to a coach’s standards. Moreover, parents are invited to attend a “Dynamite Insight Parent Session” that explains how to best support an athlete on their journey through sports.

Day 1

1:30-2:00: Check-In

2:00-2:10: Welcome & Introduction

2:10-2:15: Group Organization

2:25-3:10: Change of Direction & Deceleration Conditioning

3:10-315: Water-Break

3:15-4:00: Ankles, Hamstrings, & Glutes Strengthening

4:00-4:05: Water-Break

4:05-4:25: Relocation Without the Ball Drills

4:25-4:30: Water-Break

4:30-4:40: Closing-Out & Defensive Stance Drills

4:40-4:45: Cool-Down Stretch

4:45-4:55: Guest Speaker

4:55-5:00: Closing Remarks

Day 2

1:30-2:00: Check-In

2:00-2:05: Introduction & Group Organization
