MARTIN TOMBE

Operations Manager

Martin Tombe is the Operations Manager at 4sight Academy. He optimizes budgets, delegates team responsibilities, and reviews company development to promote growth.

Martin is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). As a student-athlete on the men's basketball team, Martin's team won the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) tournament in the 2017-2018 season. Their most successful year was when they posted a 30-1 record and were crowned both the CCAA conference and tournament champions in the 2019-2020 season. Martin holds two ongoing positions: Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at the University of Saint Katherine and AAU Coach for Sixth Man Sports Group. Martin is the sole member of the current Leadership Team that was alongside Athletic Performance Coach Sean Panado when 4sight Academy was founded in 2018.

Born-and-raised in San Diego, Martin radiates the uplifting, "good vibes" energy of the city. He credits his authenticity and willingness to sacrifice to his parents - first-generation immigrants who fled from the Sudanese Civil War to give Martin and his four siblings a better opportunity at life. Martin enjoys all sorts of challenges, but he prides himself on being a man of character.
