Developmental Service Description: The Mentorship Program, a 4sight Academy Developmental Service, is a resource that gives student-athletes the opportunity to gain valuable insight in an unofficial peer-to-peer, girl-to-girl setting. The subjects and topics that are difficult for young teens to discuss with their family or friends are addressed in these meetings. Moreover, it is critical for athletes to have a female role model to inspire them and be willing to remind them to do the right thing when encountering the inevitable familial, biological, and social challenges of growing up.
