Doctor Miron Ferrer is the Physical Therapist at 4sight Academy. He is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy in the State of California. Through manual therapy and corrective exercise, his mission is to provide high-quality care to help athletes and active adults reach their highest potential without injury.

Before Prevention Werx, he noticed a discrepancy between traditional physical therapy and sports performance for the athletic and active adult population. So, in 2019, Prevention Werx was created to provide a unique blend of rehabilitation and strength and conditioning to help these individuals return to the sport that they love without pain.
Athletic Performance Coach
Drew is excited to join the 4sight Family as an Athletic Performance Coach. Her diverse background of playing collegiate sports and coaching youth teams guides her approach to empowering athletes.
She is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). In high school, Drew was a four-sport athlete who participated in varsity volleyball, basketball, badminton, and track and field. After graduating from Mira Mesa High School (MMHS) in 2017, she earned a women's basketball scholarship to Simpson University in Northern California. After one year, she came back to San Diego to play basketball and make a return to badminton for Grossmont College. Drew would prove to thrive in badminton as she advanced to the State Qualifiers in the doubles division. Drew is a current middle school sports coach at a reputable K-12 school: The Cambridge School.
Although Drew is new to the strength and conditioning industry, her coaching lineage reflects her experience of inspiring and bringing out the best in athletes. Her brother Chris is the Assistant Athletic Director and boys' and girls' volleyball coach at The Cambridge School, and her father has coached several sports - recently basketball and badminton - at MMHS. Drew understands the chaos of life, but she intends to help her athletes slow down and regain control of their lives in order to appreciate the process of growth.
