Women: Body Boostcamp

Trainer: Coach Drew Mendoza 

Group Class Description: Women: Body Boostcamp is a group class intended for super moms, college students, and adult women looking for a boost in confidence through improving their physiques. A similar style of training to a traditional high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class, our programming will also include periods of athletic movements to ensure participants can move well and carryout daily tasks while reducing pain. If you enjoy empowering environments with other like-minded women, this group class is for you!

Dates: Wednesdays & Saturdays - 1/4, 1/8, 1/11, 1/15, 1/18, 1/22, 1/25, 1/29

Times: Wednesdays @ 4:00PM - 5:00PM & Saturdays @ 8:00AM - 9:00AM

Price Per Class: $15
