The days of playing kickball in the cul-de-sac and having the street lights serve as a curfew reminder are long gone. Now, children and teens only play outdoors if it's not "too hot."
However, the lack of exposure to moving around on different surfaces like blacktop, gravel, grass, or even a house's slanted driveway had led to young athletes' inexperience of decelerating, absorbing force, or changing direction in a safe and efficient way.

WHY LIMITLESS LIFESTYLE?
The cringey conversations and awkward annual pictures from middle school are inevitable.
However, the most athletic girl in the class being disregarded in P.E., sports leagues not having an organized girls' division, and young girls feeling insecure about their physical abilities is inexcusable.
Now is the time to empower female athletes to understand that their potential is limitless in all aspects of life, especially in a competitive environment like sports.
GC1 trains on Mondays and Fridays at 6:30PM to work on plyometrics, speed, and strength for youth athletes.
GC2 meets to train on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30PM to work on lower body strength and upper strength for adult athletes.
Exodus Volleyball Club meets to train two times per week for strength training, injury prevention, and jump training.
