We host camps to empower female athletes with skills for athletic performance and a limitless lifestyle

Middle School Combine (Fall 2019)

Session II (April 2020) Registration & Scholarship Applications

With an emphasis on

injury prevention, why

athletic performance?

The days of playing kickball in the cul-de-sac and having the street lights serve as a curfew reminder are long gone. Now, children and teens only play outdoors if it's not "too hot." However, the lack of exposure to moving around on different surfaces like blacktop, gravel, grass, or even a house's slanted driveway had led to young athletes' inexperience of decelerating, absorbing force, or changing direction in a safe and efficient way.

With an emphasis on female

athlete empowerment, why

limitless lifestyle?

The cringey conversations and awkward annual

pictures from middle school are inevitable. However, the most athletic girl in the class being disregarded in P.E., sports leagues not having an organized girls' division, and young girls feeling insecure about their physical abilities is inexcusable. Now is the time to empower female athletes to understand that their potential is limitless in all aspects of life, especially in a competitive environment like sports.
