





Vertical Jump Training - Youth Group Session
This goal of this group session is for youth figure skaters to develop vertical jump strength, improve jumping mechanics for both performance and injury reduction, and track progress over time.
In the month of June, sessions will take place on the following days and times:
Week 1
Saturday, June 7th @ 4:00PM - 5:00PM
Week 2
Saturday, June 14th @ 4:00PM - 5:00PM
Week 3
Saturday, June 21st @ 4:00PM - 5:00PM
Week 4
Saturday, June 28th @ 4:00PM - 5:00PM
Each session is $35 and a 1-month commitment is $120.
Note: Group sessions have a maximum of 12 athletes as two performance coaches will be present.
